P&G is looking for Sales Account Managers – Category to help develop strategies and improve the business models within our company.

We are looking for someone with the ability to help us build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with others.

We aim to develop our joint business with retailers, creating categories and brand plans that delight shoppers in-store and online through building collaborative working relationships and deep business understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide input into retail category strategy through joint business planning with stakeholders
  2. Turn raw data into meaningful conclusions.
  3. Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights.
  4. Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
  5. Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
  6. Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
  7. Translate Business Plans into measurable selling points for the customer
  8. Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually effective business plans


  • Australian citizens or permanent residents, including New Zealand citizens
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in any field.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in a Sales/ Account Management role
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • Proven ability of critical thinking and problem solving
  • Work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel on the job
  • Sound financial knowledge
